It looks so cute on my desk. Heat is well isolated from the bottom so it is safe to be placed on the desk. This is the best gift I had this year.
Provides a nice bit of heat. Very portable. Tip over protection is very sensitive.
Very pleased with this little heater. We use it in our motorhome, takes the chill off. This heater is not intended to heat large areas, but for small spaces it's great. The flame is an added bonus
When I receive it, I feel it very light weighted and it seems of good quality and very comfortable touch. Pretty suitable for my office, although a little bit small, it heats up my room fast and I like the warm feeling from it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband to use in his basement workshop. It seems well made and sturdy. I like the fact that it doesn't shut off and on like some heaters do, but runs until you turn it off. I also like that the flames are on if the heater is on.. don't want my husband to leave the heater on when he leaves his workshop, the bright flames are a reminder to shut it off. He hasn't got to use it yet, because I've been using it upstairs when we don't have our wood stove going. Very pleased with my purchase!

l Why does the fan blow before the heat comes on, and after the heater is turned off?
Heat and cool gradually. The fan blows when the heater is first turned on, and the heat is still heating up. After the heater turns off, the fan will continue to blow air for 10 seconds. This allows the fireplace to cool slowly, and helps prevent overheating.
l How do I change from high heat to low heat?
The heater is controlled by the heater button on the control switch.
